Refund Policy for PrimeProspects

PrimeProspects aims to provide high-quality B2B lead generation services through both subscription models and on-demand lead purchases. However, we understand that issues may arise, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

1. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Leads: If the leads provided contain significant inaccuracies, such as incorrect contact details or information that is out-of-date, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Service Interruptions: In the event of an extended service outage that prevents access to our platform or leads, refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis for subscription services.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once the leads have been delivered, refunds will not be provided for changes of mind or if the leads are no longer needed.
  • Unused Leads: For subscription models, refunds are not available for unused leads or remaining time on a subscription.
  • Lead Delivery: Due to the nature of our service (where lists of leads are shared via Google Drive or Excel), once the lead data is delivered to you, it is considered fully consumed and no refunds will be issued. You are encouraged to verify the lead details before purchase where possible.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the lead data or experiencing an issue with the service. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request:

  2. Investigation: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify the issue with the leads or the service.
  3. Decision: If your request is approved, we will process the refund or offer a replacement within 10 business days.

5. Refund Issuance

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow for 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
